The flat is on the second floor of an elegant eighteenth-century building with characteristic high ceilings, arched windows in Istrian stone and traditional Venetian terrazzo floor.

Above the table, hang the portraits of two of the owner's ancestors who perished during the 1848 siege of Venice.
