The flat is on the second floor of an elegant eighteenth-century building with characteristic high ceilings, arched windows in Istrian stone and traditional Venetian terrazzo floor.
The flat is light and airy thanks to the elegant three-pointed window that occupies the entire south side of the sitting-room, with its comfortable, brightly coloured sofa that converts into a double bed. Above the table, hang the portraits of two of the owner's ancestors who perished during the 1848 siege of Venice.
Besides the other usual features, the lacquer-red coloured kitchen at the other end of the room is equipped with a fridge/freezer, a micro-wave oven, an electric kettle and a toaster.
A large bedroom leads off from the sitting-room, with double bed, antique furniture in cherry wood and an elegant eighteenth-century gilded mirror. Adjacent to the bedroom there is a bathroom with all comforts.
Entering the flat on the left there is another room with two beds, which is tastefully furnished too, with antique wooden furniture, attractive upholstery and a little bathroom beside it.
