It is situated at 15 minutes from Accademia Bridge and at 10 minutes from Ca' Rezzonico water bus stop. This area is rich of typical Venetian restaurants and museums (Ca' Rezzonico, Accademia Galleries, Grassi Palace) but, in the mean time, it is out of the noisy and crowded tourist areas.
