Description
The apartment is on the first floor of an old house from 19th century, where always the same family lives there. The last descendant, Architec Maioli, shared the old house and restored it in a very clever way. The apartment, then not very spacious, is anyway comfortable for 3 or, at max for 4 persons. Is composed by one double bedroom, one full bath with half tub-shower and the sitting-dining room with kitchen area, with the large sofa arranged into double bed. The kitchen area is very well equipped, with american coffe machine, toast machine, washer, tv. There is central heating.

The apartment is located on Sestiere di Castello, only 10 minutes walking from Piazza S. Marco, one of the most authentic and lively area of the city, and where just a few numbers of tourist are coming yet.
For those coming from the airport the next waterbus stop is "CELESTIA", for those coming from the Central Station or Parking area is "ARSENALE".
