The apartment is located in a very nice area, full of sightseeing: the Carmini Church, the Accademia Galleries, the Grassi Palace. It is a suitable location for people that come by car, as it is close to Piazzale Roma (bus, car terminal) where some parking places are. The apartment is close to Campo Santa Margherita, a meeting point with many bars where people use to go during the evening.
