Description
It is a particular apartment compared with the others in Venice, because it is not in a building but is a 2 floor-house that overlooks a canal. The entrance on the ground floor leads you directly to the living room with sofa-bed and a fireplace, besides there is the kitchen that is separated from the living room by a counter. The stairs to the first floor are in the living room; on the first floor there are the bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with 2 windows that overlook a canal. The ceiling is more than 3 meters high, with exposed beams. The double bed is on a side of the bedroom and on the opposite side 2 bunk beds and the wardrobe are. This room is provided with an alcove that can separate the double bed and the single beds. Apartment Canal is tailor-made for 2 people but can house also 4 people and it is surely one of the most convenient solutions that we offer, in relation to the quality and price.

Location 
The apartment Canal is located near "Fondamente Nove" at a few steps from “Strada Nova”. This is the most tourist sightseeing of Venice, as it begins at the railway station and arrives at the Rialto area, enjoying the many typical shop windows, restaurants and Venetian bars called “Bacari”, where people use to drink Italian wine, tasting very tasty canapés. With the “vaporetto” (water bus) you get to the water bus stop “Ca’ d’ Oro” and arrive at the apartment in just 5 minutes walking.
